Shipping Information
Our Commitment:
Our policy at FS Parts is to get your order to you as fast as possible, as economically as possible, and as safely as possible. Items that we have in stock in our warehouse will ship the same business day if ordered prior to 2PM CST. In the event that we have to order items from our suppliers, you will receive an email with a shipping time estimate once we receive confirmation from the supplier. In the event of a delay in shipping, we will notify you of the expected shipment date. Some items/orders will not ship from our location in Tennessee. Your order may come from multiple locations and have multiple tracking numbers (when available).
Shipping Information:
We will, at our discretion, choose to ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or another shipping carrier. Whenever possible, we will provide you with a tracking number(s) for your shipment via email. By purchasing products on this site, you are agreeing to this policy.
We can not ship parts to a P.O. Box. We must have a physical address or we can not ship.
We do not ship internationally. Ordering online is only available to the continental 48 United States of America. Shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories is available at your cost. Please call us for special order.
Free Shipping is available on most orders totaling $75 or more. Some oversize items and LTL shipments are not eligible for free shipping and will incur a flat rate shipping charge. Shipping charges will be shown at checkout on items not eligible for free shipping. Free shipping offers are only available to addresses in the continental 48 US.
Local Pickup:
Please contact us before you order to check for item availability and arrange local pickup.
Damaged Items / Lost Shipments:
From the moment your order leaves our hands, or our suppliers’ hands, and is delivered to you, the shipping carrier is responsible for the shipment. Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. All claims for lost or damaged goods should be reported to the carrier. However, we value you as a customer and will work diligently with you to file any claims with the carrier.
Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. Call FS Parts immediately to report any missing items, incorrect items, incorrect quantities, etc. Unless the order is shipped directly from FS Parts, missing parts or incorrect items are the responsibility of the supplier. We will work with you and the supplier to correct any issues. We know from first-hand experience that many times we purchase a part, then leave it on the shelf for months until we're able to get to that phase of our build.
